Joker's Wild is a band from the mid-1960s which most famously contained guitarist David Gilmour, saxophonist Dick Parry and bassist 'Willie' Watson. A popular live band in Southern France, their only release was a privately- pressed LP and single, of which only 50 copies each were made. A tape recording of the LP is held by the British Sound Archive. Gilmour and Parry, along with Pink Floyd lead guitarist and singer, Syd Barrett, were once arrested by the French police for busking on the streets of Paris.
