Joint Negotiating Committee

The Joint Negotiating Committee (commonly known as JNC) is the organisation that sets standards and negotiates salaries for youth workers in the United Kingdom. It is now common practice in the UK to have a qualification that has been JNC accredited before you can gain employment as a full time youth worker in local government.
