John Lyon School

John Lyon School is an independent day school in Harrow-on-the-Hill, England. It was founded by Harrow School in the 1870s in order to provide education for local boys. This was done in keeping with the wishes of John Lyon, who himself founded Harrow School. Today the school educates 550 boys, and is closely linked with Harrow School, but unlike Harrow John Lyon School has entrants at 11 as well as 13 & 16 years, and is a day school.
