John E. Peterson

John E. Peterson (b. December 25, 1938) is a politician from the state of Pennsylvania, currently representing the state's 5th Congressional district (map) in the U.S. House. Peterson was born in Titusville, Pennsylvania and he attended Penn State. Peterson was elected to the Pennsylvania House of Represenatives as a Republican in 1977 and he was elected to the Pennsylvania state senate in 1984. Peterson was elected to the House of Representatives in 1996. Peterson has been re-elected three times without a Democratic Party opponent and he doesn't have one in 2004. Peterson, John E.
