John A. Girgenti

John A. Girgenti is a Democratic State Senator for the U.S. state of New Jersey's 35th District, which includes the city of Paterson as well as the suburban communities of Hawthorne, North Haledon, Haledon, Prospect Park, Totowa and Glen Rock. Mr. Girgenti was elected to the legislature in 1978. Following the death of former Paterson mayor and state senator Frank Graves in 1990, Girgenti moved up to the senate and has had little trouble winning in this Democratic-leaning district.
