Joe Lockhart

Joseph Lockhart served as White House Press Secretary from October 5 1998 to September 29 2000 during the administration of President Bill Clinton. He was a senior advisor to the John Kerry 2004 presidential campaign. Lockhart currently resides in Washington, DC with his wife, Laura Logan, and their daughter, Clare. He handled the press, in the Clinton impeachment trials, and is thought that he had one of the toughest times to be a press secretary.
