Joaqun Crespo

Joaqun Sinforiano de Jess Crespo (1841? - April 16, 1898) was president of Venezuela from 1884 to 1886 and again from 1892 to 1898. During the Joaqun Crespo regime, Venezuela had a dispute with the United Kingdom over the border between Venezuela and British Guiana (what is now Guyana).
