Jnos Bihari

Janos Bihari was an influential Hungarian Roma (Gypsy) violinist. By the middle of the nineteenth century, "gypsy music" was elevated to high fashion. The first great was that of Janos Bihari, the virtuoso violinist from the county of Pozsony (Bratislava).
