Jim Sullivan

James Sullivan was the Democratic opponent of U.S. Representative Rob Simmons in 2004. Sullivan received his party's nomination by defeating former State Representative Shaun McNally in a primary election on August 10, 2004. Prior to running for Congress, Sullivan was a Financial Planner and had served as a town Alderman in Norwich, Connecticut from 1989-1993.
