Jeff Purvis

Jeff Purvis, born February 19, 1959 in Clarksville, Tennessee, is a race car driver in NASCAR's Busch Series. He is a 15-year veteran with four wins and 25 top-five finishes. On May 18, 2002, in the Stacker 2 200 at Nazareth Speedway, Purvis suffered injuries in a horrific crash, including a head injury, a fractured vertebra in his neck, and a broken leg, that put him out for the remainder of the season and into the next one. Purvis recovered and on May 23, 2004, he returned to Nazareth, placing 17th.
