Jean Philippe Peguero

Jean Philippe Peguero (September 19, 1981 in Port de Paix, Haiti) is a Haitian soccer player, who currently plays forward in Major League Soccer for the Colorado Rapids. The Rapids acquired Peguero in March, 2004 from Haitian club Don Bosco FC. Peguero finished his first season with the Rapids with 7 goals and 4 assists in only 18 games, and looks poised to be an important part of the Rapids attack for years to come. Peguero is also a significant force on the Haiti national football team, having appeared for the side ten times, as well as an additional nine for the U-23 team.
