Javier Zanetti

Javier Zanetti (born August 10, 1973 in Buenos Aires) is an Argentine football player, the current captain of Inter Milan. On the club level, Zanetti has played for Talleres Cordoba and Banfield before moving to Italy and Inter in 1995. For Argentina, he has been capped 71 times (as of the end of 2004) and played for his country at the 1998 and 2002 World Cups.
