Jasondows

  FoxTrot
Jasondows 98 is an operating system created by Jason Fox, from the popular comic strip, FoxTrot. Jason used the code name "Homework" for Jasondows 98 while working on it. Jasondows 98 fits on several hundred floppy disks and is extremely hard to uninstall. It will delete any software belonging to a competitor and crashes frequently due to Jason throwing in a few bugs by design to ensure users would rush out to buy the upgrade to Jasondows 99 which would include corrections to all of 98's problems as well as a whole batch of new bugs which would require a more expensive Jasondows 2000 to fix. In the end, Jason gave up on his project and considered acquiring Microsoft. In all respect, Jasondows 98 is a parody of the Microsoft Windows operating system.
