Jarnsaxa

In Norse mythology, Jarnsaxa was a Jotun and Thor's lover. By him, she was the mother of Magni. Jarnsaxa was not the mother of Thrud and Modi; Sif was their mother. The Icelandic poet Snorri Sturluson (1179-1241) was considering that Sif and Jarnsaxa were the same goddess.
