Jane Lomax-smith

Dr. Jane Lomax-Smith, Australian politician, is the Minister for Education and Children's Services and Minister for Tourism in South Australia and has been the member for the state seat of Adelaide since 2002. She is a member of the Australian Labor Party. Lomax-Smith was the Lord Mayor of Adelaide from 1997 to 2000. Before entering politics, she was a clinical pathologist, medical researcher and teacher.
