Jamil Al Gashey

Jamil Al Gashey was one of the eight members of the notorious "Black September" Palestinian terrorist group that struck at the Munich Olympics on September 5, 1972. The terrorists took advantage of low security and scaled a wall and infiltrated the compound where athletes were billeted. For details on the events that day see Munich Massacre. In the aftermath of the massacre Mossad subsequently found and killed two of the three surviving terrorists. It has been reported that Jamil Al Gashey was last known to be living on the run in Africa, and that he has had several near brushes with death at the hands of Mossad or others attempting to neutralize him. Gashey, Jamil
