James Mcphail Gillies
James (Jim) McPhail Gillies
(born 1924) is a former
Canadian
parliamentarian. He was first elected to the
House of Commons
in the
1972 general election
, and won re-election in
1974
. He was an unsuccessful candidate at the
1976 Progressive Conservative leadership convention
. He retired as a
Member of Parliament
