James H. Webb

A native of Saint Joseph, Missouri, James Webb is a best-selling author, filmmaker: Rules of Engagement, Emmy Award-winning journalist, and literature professor. One of the most highly decorated Marines of the Vietnam War, he served as Assistant Secretary of Defense and Secretary of the Navy during Ronald Reagan's administration.
