James Gunn (Author)

James E. Gunn (Born 1923 in Kansas City, Missouri) is an American Science Fiction author and anthologist. He published his most significant work in the 1960s and 70s. For many years, he was an English professor at the University of Kansas (specializing in science fiction). Most notable works:
  • The Joymakers (1962)
  • The Immortals (1964)
  • The Listeners (1972)
