Jaguar Mark X

The Jaguar Mark X was the largest Jaguar saloon car built by that company, originally aimed at the American market. It holds the record for being the widest production saloon car ever built. It was launched in 1961. In 1966, it was renamed the 420G. It was discontinued in 1970 as Jaguar XJ6 production increased. A related model was the Daimler Limousine, which was based on the Mark X. This car was built until 1992 and was used by many countries in an official capacities, and by funeral homes (many were converted to hearses).
