Jacobus Sinapius

Jakub Horcicky of Tepenec, in Latin Jacobus Sinapius (1575--1622), was a Bohemian pharmacist and personal doctor of Emperor Rudolf II. He is believed to have been one of the first posessors of the Voynich Manuscript.
