J/22

The International J/22 is a popular fixed keel racing sailboat normally raced with a crew of three people. Length Overall 22.5', Waterline Length 19.0', Beam 8.0', Draft 3.8', Displacement 1790 lbs, Lead Keel 700 lbs, Sail Area (100%) 223 sq ft In 2005 there were active racing fleets in Canada, Germany, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, South Africa and USA. The 2005 J/22 World Championships will be held 1-9 July, 2005 at the ISCM in Medemblik, Netherlands.
