Irina Khakamada

Irina Khakamada (Ири́на Муцу́овна Хакама́да) (born April 13, 1955) is a democratic female Russian politician of Japanese origin. Khakamada was one of the leaders of the Union of Right Forces and ran in the Russian presidential election, 2004, receiving 3.9 per cent of votes. She recently founded a new Free Russia (Свободная Россия) political party.
