Inwood-207th Street (Ind Eighth Avenue Line Station) Manhattan IND Eighth Avenue Line terminal September 10, 1932 Inwood-207th Street (formerly Washington Heights-207th Street) is the northern terminal of the IND Eighth Avenue Line and the service, located at Broadway and 207th Street. It mostly serves the neighborhood of Inwood, and is near Inwood Hill Park. There is a single island platform between the two tracks, which end just north of the platform; to the south is a double crossover that allows trains to get to the correct track, and then two tracks from the 207th Street Yard come into the middle. The station has been recently refurbished with an ADA-compliant elevator added. The mezzanine includes artwork titled At the Start.....At long last by Sheila LaBrettville.
