Industrial Sociology (also known as sociology of industrial relations or sociology of work) is
  1. the study of the interaction of people within industry it includes the study of boss-subordinate, inter-departmental, and management / trade-union relationships.
  2. Moreover, on a macrosociological scale, it is the study of the impact of industrialization on whole societies.
