Imino Acid

In chemistry, an imino acid is any molecule that contains both imino (-C=NH) and carboxyl (-C(=O)-OH) functional groups. Imino acids are closely related to amino acids, which contain both amino (NH2) and carboxyl (COOH) functional groups.
