Hurricane Arlene

The name Arlene has been used for several tropical cyclones in the Atlantic Ocean. It was the most used Atlantic storm name until Frances drew level on August 25, 2004 — it will regain its ascendancy when it is used for the first storm of the 2005 Atlantic hurricane season and should keep the mark for a while since Frances will likely be retired after the 2004 season.
