Huntington, City Of York

Huntington is a village in the unitary authority of City of York in the north of England, on the River Foss, north of York, Yorkshire and south of Haxby. There was a church in this village since 1086. West Huntington Hall is also here, and the village was made a Conservation Area in 1991.

Education

Huntington School is a mixed comprehensive secondary school. The school is a technology college with approximately 1,500 pupils, including those in Huntington 6th Form. Its head teacher is Chris Bridge.
