Hunter Boulevard

Hunter Boulevard was built as a bypass for Birmingham and is now a realigned segment of Woorward Ave. (M-1). In the late 90's, when the name Hunter Blvd. was officially removed from that segment, Woodward Ave. in Birmingham is now called Old Woodward Ave. That segment which is now Woodward is still known as Hunter Blvd. to people who have been familiar with that area for years.
