Human PonyHuman pony (also called ponyplay is a human sexual role-playing practice where one person acts like a pony or horse, while a sexual partner acts as a rider, trainer or caretaker (or sometimes a stallion/mare). Male human pony is called a ponyboy, female is a ponygirl. Usually, no real horses are involved in this activity and it has no connection with zoophilia or bestiality.
