Hulme Grammar School

Hulme Grammar School, Oldham (SD 919036) is a school situated three-quarters of a mile south of the centre of Oldham, Greater Manchester, England, between Frederick Street and Windsor Road. It is a private school and selects it's students by a competitive examination and interview. Tuition fees are around 6000 per year, although bursaries are available for students who performed well in the entrance examination. Boys and girls are taught seperately from years 7 to 11, but there is a joint sixth form. The combined number of pupils is around 1200. Both the boys' and girls' schools have associated prep. schools (in the British sense) for years 3 to 6.
