Horace Newton Allen

Horace Newton Allen (1858 - 1932) served as a diplomat in the 19th century. He established Protestant missions in Korea in 1884. Horace Allen was educated at Ohio Wesleyan University, Delaware, Ohio and Miami Medical College, Miami, Ohio.
