Honor-mercier (Electoral District)

Honor-Mercier is the name of a federal electoral district in Quebec, Canada. Its population is 100,981 (2001).

Geography

The district includes the former City of Anjou, the eastern part of the neighbourhood of Rivire-des-Prairies, and the northern part of the neighbourhood of Tetreauville in the City of Montreal.

History

The electoral district of AnjouRivire-des-Prairies was created in 1987 from Mercier and Saint-LonardAnjou. The name was changed to Honor-Mercier in 2004. List of Members:
