Homer Jones

Homer Raymond Jones (3 September, 189326 November 1970), an American politician, served as a member of the United States House of Representatives from 1947 to 1949. He represented the First Congressional District of Washington as a Republican. Jones defeated incumbent Democrat Emerson DeLacy in the election of 1946. He was himself defeated two years later by Hugh Mitchell, a Democrat, in 1948.
