holyport

Holyport is a village about 2 miles south of Maidenhead in Berkshire, England. Holyport neighbours the older and more famous Bray-on-Thames. However it has a few claims to fame of its own; it has one of the world's only Real Tennis club, where Prince Edward first met his wife-to-be, Sophie. It has prestigous stables, where the Queen is rumoured to have ridden in her younger years. Joan Collins filmed an advertisment in Holyport some years back, and it is the current residence of veteran BBC presenter, Frank Bough. Shops = Butchers, Post Office, newsagent, grocery, chemist. School = Holyport C of E School
