Holborn Head Lighthouse

Holborn Head Lighthouse is about one kilometre south of Holborn Head point, in Thurso Bay, on the headland's eastern coastline and near Scrabster Harbour. It was designed and built by David Stevenson and completed in 1862. The tower for the light is integral with the Keeper's house which is unusual since most Scottish lighthouses are separate from the house.
