Hisham Jaber

General Hisham M. Jaber (born September 13, 1943) is a currently retired high-profile Lebanese Brigadier General running a Public Relations and lobbying firm in the Middle-East and Africa.

Early Life

He was born in Nabatiyeh, in Southern Lebanon to a Lebanese father and Syrian mother. He followed many intensive courses in Public Relations and Information at the Defense Information School (DINFOS) in Indiana, U.S.A. in 1976, where he continued his studies in Psychological War in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. In 1981, Jaber continued his upper studies at the Command and Staff College in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, where he earned a Masters Degree in Military Science, and in Information and International Relations at the University of Kansas. Jaber distinguished himself by obtaining a D.E.A. in Contemporary History at Paris IV La Sorbonne University, Paris, France in 1993, and later in 1997, a Ph.D. in Human Sciences at Paris IV La Sorbonne University, Paris, France.
