Hip Hop Montage

Hip hop montage is a montage technique used in film to show images or actions in fast motion, accompanied by sound effects, trying to simulate a certain action, e.g. taking drugs (Darren Aronofsky's Pi & Requiem for a dream). See also Motion picture terminology
