Henri Gouraud (Computer Scientist)

Henri Gouraud (born 1944) is a French computer scientist. He is the inventor of Gouraud shading in computer graphics. During the 1964-1967 period he studied at cole Centrale Paris. The famous human face images showing the effect of his shading were done taking his wife Sylvie Gouraud as model.
