Havelock, Ontario

Havelock is a village in Peterborough County, Ontario located east of Peterborough on Highway 7. Highway 30 connects Havelock with Brighton. It is the site of a country music festival, the Havelock Country Jamboree, in August. The CPR railway station in Havelock has been designated as a Heritage Railway Station. The village was named after British general Sir Henry Havelock.
