Harvard International Review

The Harvard International Review is a quarterly journal of international relations published by the Harvard International Relations Council, Inc. The HIR offers commentary on global developments in business, science, technology, and politics. Founded in 1979 to "cover that middle ground between academic scholarship and journalism," the HIR has expanded from a monthly newsletter to widely distributed journal. The HIR has featured scholars and policymakers from around the world, including Nelson Mandela, Samuel P. Huntington, Aung San Suu Kyi, Jeffrey Sachs, Shimon Peres, Amartya Sen, John Kenneth Galbraith, Jimmy Carter, and Zbigniew Brzezinski.
