Harry Butler

Harry Butler, CBE (born March 25, 1930) is an Australian naturalist and environmental consultant. Butler was born in Perth, Western Australia. He attended Claremont Teachers' College in Western Australia and later the Western State College in the United States. He presented the popular Australian Broadcasting Corporation television series In the Wild, beginning in 1976. In 1979, he was awarded the Australian of the Year. He also is a Commander of the Order of the British Empire.
