Hare BrushHare Brush is one of the most unusual episodes from the Looney Tunes library. First aired in 1955, this episode delivers the humor of "reverse personalities." In this episode, Elmer Fudd starts out by thinking he's Bugs Bunny. Elmer is committed into a sanitarium afterwards. Moments later, as Elmer is lying in his hospital bed, he lures Bugs to the window with a carrot. Bugs goes inside, and Elmer escapes out the window, hopping. Bugs lies in Elmer's bed to "keep it warm." He sees a bottle of medicine, and he reads it aloud, "Take one teaspoon with water." He literally eats a teaspoon, and drinks water. He outbursts with "Ewwww, bad teaspoon medicine." Bugs then talks to the psychiatrist. After a few exchanges, the psychiatrist makes Bugs take a pill, and makes him say "I am Elmer J. Fudd, millionaire!" a few times. Bugs leaves the sanitarium, now convinced that he's actually Fudd, even replacing Rs with Ws in his speech. He goes on a hunting spree for "wabbits," and Elmer comes out of Bugs' hole, asking "Eh, what's up doc?" It's the usual chasing around from there, only reverse. Towards the end, a police officer taps Bugs on the shoulder, asking "Excuse me, are you Elmer Fudd?" Bugs replies with "Yes, I am Elmer J. Fudd, millionaire." He is then informed that Elmer owes back taxes, and is taken away, saying "I'm hunting a scwewy wabbit!" Elmer then ends the episode with saying "I may be a scwewy wabbit, but at least I'm not going to Alcatwaz!"
