Hans Drer

Hans Drer was born and died in Nuremberg. Hans Drer became the court painter for Sigismund I of Poland. Hans Drer as well as many other Nuremberg artists went to live and work in Krakw for some time, where there are still many of their artworks on display. His older brother was Albrecht Drer, famous for his paintings and woodcuts.
