Hannah Nydahl

Hannah Nydahl, wife of Ole Nydahl, is a fully qualified Lamini, or female Lama, in the Karma Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. She has translated and interpretated Tibetan Buddhist philosophy for the last twenty years. She divides her time between translating for the teaching lamas at the Karmapa International Buddhist Institute in New Delhi, India, participating in various Buddhist text translation projects, organizing the schedules and visits of high rinpoches (teachers) in the lineage, and travelling around the world with her husband.
