Han Ji-hye Han Ji-hye (Born June 29 1984) is a young and aspiring actress, model and singer. She made her debut in 2001 in dramas before taking up lead roles in dramas like Sweet 18. Lee changed her surname to Han after realising that her name had clashed with another actress, Lena Lee, who had the same Korean name as her birth name. Together with Song Seung-hun and Son Ye-jin, Han also has also co-starred in the now-popular KBS drama Summer Scent. Han is currently dating Lee Dong-gun, a co-star from the drama Sweet 18.
