Hammerskins

The Hammerskins, or Hammerskin nations is a white supremacist Skinhead gang, organized in 1989 in Dallas, Texas. It is considered one of the nation's most organized and dangerous skinhead groups, whose members have been tied to hate crimes in a number of states. The production and promotion of white power music is their primary focus. Chapters currently exist in several countries, including Canada, England, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, the United States and Australia. They are affiliated with Panzerfaust Records. Their symbol is two hammers, and their motto is "Hammerskins forever, forever Hammerskins". Both often adorn their paraphernalia and tattooed bodies. Like many such groups, the Hammerskins idealize historical warrior societies such as the Aryans, Vikings and Nazis. Hammerskin Nation is easily the best-organized skinhead group. A great many of its members have been convicted of harassing, assaulting and murdering non-Whites. Many white power bands are affiliated with Hammerskin Nation, and the sponsoring of concerts is the groups primary focus.
