Halfdan Ragnarsson

Halfdan was one of the sons of Ragnar Lodbrok. He pillaged with his brothers in England in 855, and he was the ruler of London 871-872 where he had coins made. In 875, he conquered Northumberland where he became king. He was widely unpopular due to his alleged cruelty. He fell during a new Viking expedition in 877.
