Hair Band

Hair band was a term used in the 1980s to describe a rock and roll band in the hair metal style. Several hair bands are still playing regularly today, including Bon Jovi and The Scorpions. Other examples of hair bands include Mtley Cre, Ratt, Whitesnake, Great White, White Lion, and Poison. Also see hair metal.
