Haemus Mountains

The Haemus Mountains are a mountain range on the Moon, located at the southwestern highland edge of the Mare Serenitatis Basin. They were names after the Haemus Mons. Haemus Montes is also the name of a ridge on Io, a moon of Jupiter. See also: List of Lunar mountains
